Key Colony Condos is a forty-acre beachfront property that puts you in the heart of Key Biscayne, right on the Atlantic Ocean with city and ocean views and soothing tropical breezes. Key Colony offers 1200 residences in four different buildings called the Tidemark (I), Oceansound (II), Emerald Bay (III) and Botanica (IV) built from 1978 to 1981. The Tidemark and Oceansound are twelve story buildings right on the ocean. There are also a limited number of townhomes.
