UNIVERSITY INN is a 146 unit, four-story, condominium located directly across from the University of Miami. Approximately 40% of the units are currently rentals and each unit is individually owned. Of the 146 total units, 54 come with a garage, in addition to one outdoor assigned parking space.

 

University Inn is a security building with a telephone entry system at the main entrance and eight (8) additional pedestrian gates which can be opened only with a security key. The Building compound, including the parking lot, is walled. Three of the 4 entrances to the parking lot are gated and require a remote control for access. There is a nighttime roaming security guard on the property, seven days a week, from approximately 8:30 p.m. until 4:30 a.m.
